Brand New WD My Cloud EX4100 (24GB) Not working at all - RED LIGHTS

Have had my device for under an hour and cant believe the nightmare this device is causing me. It initially states that Drive 1 is “Bad” but all of them have red lights on them. Have no idea what to do, not overly computer literate. Have tried searching the forum and google but nothing. Any help please!!!
