We have a small (medical research) lab using NAS (PR4100). I’ve put several files on the storage, but we’re having difficulty working with the files on the storage unit. Do my folks have to copy the files to their local drives to work with the files? I’ve used the Wiindows+R combination to give them all access, and if they double-click on the Network icon, they’re asked to sign in. But signing in only gives them web access (they can’t actually work with the files - like a drop box). Are there utilities I need to install?
