Brand new shuttle 4 won't turn on after 1 day of light use

Title says it all. I’ve already copied or moved 200GB to this 48TB unit and on day two the thing won’t turn on!

I have it plugged into the wall and have confirmed the outlet works. I see there is a small green light on inside the unit but no matter how I hold the power button it does not turn on.

Is it dead? The drives are likely fine, how do I get my data back? Losing the data is a downer but returning this heavy thing to B&H is also lame.
