For some reason ever since I got my G-Speed February this year, I have not been able to get it to start up. I kept switching Power Cables and Thunderbolts and it just never wants to turn on. I hold the power button for a few seconds and nothing seems to happen. I do have 5 year warranty on it but before that I just wanted to know if there is any major reason why this is happening and does this happen all the time. Thank you !
