So far I’ve bought four of the G-RAID Shuttle 4 drives and they have all been DOA! I plug them in, push the power button, and NOTHING HAPPENS! No LED, no movement of the fan, no sound, nothing.
Does anyone from SanDisk bother to read these forums? No one ever answers my posts. Maybe they’re too ashamed of these $3000 paperweights.
Got another pair of 72TB drives today, still wouldn’t power up. But I finally got someone in tech support who was able to help me. It turns out that I had a bad Thunderbolt cable. When I swapped cables the drive powered up immediately.
