Brand New EX4100 - Cant Upgrade RAM Help

I just bought a brand new ex4100 32TB, went to take off the cover to upgrade the RAM and didn’t not see any slots to change out the pre-installed 2GB of Ram. Did they take away the ability to change out the RAM for this NAS?

any help is appreciated .

Yeah that is correct. As @dswv42 said, there is no upgradable RAM in this model.
