Blue light blinking

I am have this problem I had my WDCloud working prefect all of the sudden the blue light started blinking i have try everything that I know any help out there

@Mirlo1 It sounds like you have a 2nd generation WD My Cloud and not a My Cloud Home. If the LED started blinking blue then it may have been updating the firmware. See chart below.

Have you read the User Manual for your generation of My Cloud?

Thanks for u info but it been blinking for days so it must be some other issue
I been trying even to reset to factory settings
With no luck. it still on warranty so I getting in contact with my vendor
