Backing up from one external MY Book Essentail hard drive to a Passport hard drive

Can you back up your data from one external MY Book Essentail hard drive to a Passport hard drive?  The WD SmartWare software doesn’t give me that option.  Is there a way to back up between two external hard drives?

If both external HDDs support smartware, it wont work.
