my External hard drive, which is WD E101559 displays as local disk (F:) but when i open it, it doesn’t open. i tried searching in the internet for solution but their solution does not work. i tried to use disk management but my hard drive is not there. i also tried to format it using cmd but it doesn’t work either. thanks if someone knows this and willing to help me.
Welcome lheyjohn_92496. Have you tried using another USB cable to connect the hard drive?
