Hello, for several months the program cannot synchronize a file from the cloud on the computer. This video file is large enough. Because of this file, all other files cannot sync. I already deleted this video from the cloud, but it still tries to synchronize and as a result always gives an error. What to do?
What program or app are you using to perform the synchronization of files between the computer and the My Cloud?
If using WD Sync, failure to properly sync is a common complaint in this subforum. WD Sync is what it is. If one does not need to sync to a remote My Cloud one can dump using WD Sync and use a third party sync program instead. Free File Sync (https://freefilesync.org/) is one such free sync program some have used instead of WD Sync.
I downloaded it. How to properly setup it for WD My Cloud?
Use the Browse button to choose which folders to sync. Chose one folder on the commuter and then choose another on the My Cloud. Chose the Plus icon to add additional sync folders.

How can i choose on second computer Folder of MyCloud if it on other Place, My Cloud is on my Home, And i want to do it with my PC on the JOB?
The inability to remote sync to a single bay My Cloud with third party software is one of the problems with using any software other than WD Sync. Free File Sync does support syncing remotely using SFTP. There are ways to possibly use SFTP on a single bay My Cloud that have been discussed in other posts.
