Amazon S3 Backup Failure

Has anyone had success in using the S3 service to create backups on AWS using PR2100? I created a bucket and IAM user at AWS and used the access and secret access keys for the IAM user (which has admin access). I also created a backup job using the S3 App on the PR2100, using the root bucket as the remote location. Whenever I run the job it fails immediately. I checked the error message using ssh on the WD and the code was 96 “S3StatusErrorMissingSecurityElement.” Anyone know what would generate that error if I used the correct access and secret access keys?

The doc does not include any sort of troubleshooting for this error "
S3StatusErrorMissingSecurityElement"
