After updating to My Cloud OS 5, I can’t use the app anymore

I updated my MyCloud to OS 5 this morning and after rebooting, I can’t access by app anymore.
I received the message “Your My Cloud might be offline or rebooting. Check that it’s plugged in and connected to the internet”.
