MyCloud App not loading

MyCloud App is not loading and it was working fine the day before. Not sure whether it is due to not updating the firmware to OS5.

Anyone having this problem?

This is a problem which may be related to firmware update.

Please check for the My Cloud OS 5 firmware to be updated with latest version 5.14.108.
