Whenever I copy my videos, which are m4v’s to the EX2 Ultra it sees most of them as music files. I just rebuild database and it seems to fix it but this takes some time. (1 TB of videos). Website says that the Ultra has Plex but the online manual keeps mentioning Twonky. I just bought this unit.
Hi, the Twonky server is the one that is built into the drive, you can install Plex from the apps section within the dashboard.
