Hi all,
I want to add my WD Passport 5tb USB drive to my new MyCloud home - I have plugged it into the rear USB port and the app gives me the option to copy to/from USB drive but I want to use it as an extension to my storage not simply back it up.
How do I get it to show as a drive in my app please?
You need to read the User Manual. See page six and 12.

Thank you. I did read it but there’s no mention of how I add a drive so I can view contents and expand my storage etc.
I can’t actually see the contents of a drive attached to USB port.
If that’s mot possible then it’s a hugely limiting feature!
