USB hard drive connected to my cloud home but don't see folders

Hi,

I connected my WD external hard drive to the my cloud home. I got the notice on my my cloud home mobile app but I don’t see any folders of my external hard drive. Am i doing Something wrong? I even restarted the my cloud home but nothing.

The My Cloud Home USB connect can only be managed by the mobile app via the USB Backup Option.
Contents of the attached USB drive cannot be seen from Windows Explorer, macOS Finder, MyCloud.com or the Desktop app.
