Access a private share folder via mionet web access

I’m using WD Sharespace and I’ve set up remote access with mionet. I can access any folder on the WD Sharespace device through external web browsers, but I can’t see my private share.

I need to have both public and private shares accessible when coming into the WD Sharespace device through an external browser.  Is this possible?  If so, how do I set it up so that I can see my private shares?

When you join your drive to a MioNet account, the drive creates a private user on the drive with the same name as your MioNet login name.  You must add that MioNet user to your ShareSpace’s private share in order to access it remotely.
