Ever since updating to FW 5.14.105, my PR4100 is losing its Share folders… they just straight up disappear. A reboot brings them back, and I can access them, but changing ANYTHING in settings (via admin panel) causes the Shares to disappear (from both the Shares menu and from actually connecting externally). I have to reboot to get them back. It’s causing much grief. Even more confusing, I can’t actually remove any of the existing Shares. I have a TimeMachine backup share I want to remove, and the web admin panel appears to do it… and it even removes it from the OS5 My Cloud web access… but another reboot, and bam, it’s back. This FW was really botched everything. I need a fix and I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve reached out to WD support, but no response. Please don’t upgrade if you can avoid it…was not ready for primetime.
