Hi,
I need help my WD My passport 2TB is not showing in my TV when I connected it.
2TB works fine on my laptop. I had the same files from my old drives which works on the TV. File format is out of the picture.
My older external drives works perfectly fine with the TV.
steps taken: (which all failed)
- swapped cables with the working external drive
- swapped USB slots from the TV
so far from my research here are some steps I should consider:
- wait for 20 mins to load.
- reformat and switch to FAT32
did I miss out on anything?
