My WD external hard drive working flawlessly on my windows 7 desktop pc but when I plug it my windows 10 laptop it is not recognized. It is not even detected on device manager and disk management.
I appreciate the help.
It turned out that it was a drivers related problem. I used Driver Easy to update my drivers and my hard drive is detected.
