Online view of files only shows 25 records? No more?

I need to share a file from My Cloud, and I happen to have about 50 files in this specific folder, and when I login to the portal to access my files at files.mycloud.com, and then go to any folder, it only shows me about 25 records, no more than that.

I figured there would be a “see more” option, or “next page” option, but there is not. How can I share a file that I cannot get to?

Known problem with certain browsers. Try a different one.

If one uses the forum search feature, magnifying glass icon upper right, they’d find this is a well complained about issue. Workaround is to use a web browser other than Chrome. Some have reported changing the viewing size within the web browser may also work.

Using Internet Explorer I can use the scroll bar out to the right side to move through all my folders in a share.

What browser are you using? Is there a scroll bar? An image of what you are seeing would help.

I was using chrome. I’ll try IE tomorrow.

@jenkint7 What device are you using to view your My Cloud online?

I am on my Desktop, it has 16 GB or Memory, Windows 10 Home with all updates, and I have the scroll bar in Chrome too. Chrome is up to date.
