Use a different web browser. Seems Chrome has a problem with not displaying all the folders/Shares. Other things to try; disable all add-ons and extensions in browser, then restart the web browser and access MyCloud.com again and see if the issue persists.
Several past discussions about it. Here are a few of them.
I have many folders on my WD mycloud…and all the folders can be seen on my iphone and with an FTP client. BUT…when looking for folders online (using chrome) it only shows me folders named A-C…and there is no option at the bottom of the page to “go to the next page” to see any folders starting with another letter. Need help on this…please!
This is not new I don’t think since I have seen this issue posted but not resolved after over a year since the OP.
When accessing MyCloud using the Chrome browser, I can only see a few files, despite WD stating that the Chrome browser works (but not Microsoft Edge).
Is this issue going to be resolved by WD or has it been and I just can’t find the resolution?
Hello WD helpers,
When I web access to My Cloud I can only see partial quantity of files. How can I remove that limit.
Thank you
hi all! im having problem with my 3 tb wd my cloud. i cant see all photos on chrome website. I can acces all photos trought my app on android device but not on website. Please what to do? I see some ppl have the same problem but there is no answer. thanks
I need to share a file from My Cloud, and I happen to have about 50 files in this specific folder, and when I login to the portal to access my files at files.mycloud.com , and then go to any folder, it only shows me about 25 records, no more than that.
I figured there would be a “see more” option, or “next page” option, but there is not. How can I share a file that I cannot get to?
Thanks,
Todd
I created a new folder named ‘Projects’, then uploaded over 50 other files and folders into the Projects folder. A friend attempted to view the Projects folder remotely. Everything seems fine as the screen displays the first 18 files. However, the screen refuses to scroll or refresh to show the remaining files.
I have no problem viewing the folders on another computer. We are both using Win 7 and IE 11.
I would appreciate any help.
Thanks.
