WD is not going to support how you connect the My Cloud Home (MCH) through a range extender and to your network and internet. You will have to buy a range extender device such as the Netgear EX3700 and see if it will mesh with your Huawei mobile wifi hotspot and from there you should be able to connect the ethernet to the MCH. You can search for a device with something like ‘wireless+range+extender+with+ethernet+port’ criteria. The connection would look something like this and the easiest way to connect your wifi to the range extender would be to press the WPS button on the wifi hotspot and then within two minutes press the WPS button on the extender.
