I have Windows 10 with all updates and SmartWare works fine on my computers. See the following topic/discussion, and the images I posted.

Can't install WD SmartWare

I have a My Cloud and running Windows 10. I had installed WD Access and can access and backup files to My Cloud. WD SmartWare was stop running and I have now downloadet the latest version of the program. I can´t remove the previous version completely and the latest version do not install finish. What do I do so I can install the latest version of WD SmartWare? I have also tried to install WD Backup but the program can´t the My Cloud (I can only choose Dropbox).
