I’m having a problem with SafePoint. I feel like I spend more time fixing WD My Cloud problems than I should.
I have a My Cloud 4T - attached to it is a 4T My Book I use as a backup (set up through SafePoint). Well a week ago it stopped doing backups. Now when I click on the attached USB button it says:

When I plug the My Book directly to my laptop it has the backup and shows 1.7T free. What’s the deal?
My Book now no longer shows up as a Safepoint and I get the following message in the log
There was an error updating your safepoint.
2 - There was an error updating your safepoint Gogobackup on the My_Book_1230 share on gogocloud.
