Where is my files?

Hi

I have just bought wd MY BOOK ESSENTIAL 2TB ,and installed every thing ,backed up about 69 g of data , but can not open it in WD or take it and transfer it to my another pc ?

Did you run the SmartWare tests on this drive? I had a similar problem, my files appeared but I was unable to open or copy them. The drive failed all tests and I am in the process of replacing it under warranty.

I have rang to customer support they have told me go to my computer ,my book, right click, open, click on

“WD SMARTWARE.swstor”

… And my file was there - under my PC name:)))
