The first time wich I bought this product with the firmware 1, I remember that i could reproduce karaoke music, but when I update to the lastest firmware, it not show the letters anymore.
I’ve tried to rollback the firmware in reset device option but nothing happen, the device keeps the same firmware.
Did you follow the instructions in the KBA for rolling back? Also, WD doesn’t support karaoke type music on the WD TV devices. Now, having said that, if it was working before you updated, then you might check to make sure that the update didn’t turn subtitles off.
