We can not off voice of singer when i sing file vob. for karaoke

After update firmware 3.08.14 . We’re can not off voice of singer because we use file music vob. for karaoke ?

We push on icon audio on remote for chose chanel 1 or chanel 2 . ex : chanel 1 = music and voice play .

chanel 2 = music only , and now we’re chose for both = music and voice play .We’re not off voice ?

Please help…

How can delete new firmware and install back old fimware ?

Hi, before going back to the old firmware, try pressing the reset button on the bottom side for 1 second, if that doesn’t work, follow the link below to do a roll back.
