What can I do for my WD Purple HDD or How to Low-level formatting?

Hey guys.
I have a WD Purple 4TB HDD and it is out of warranty. ╮(╯_╰)╭
I was moving all files from it to another drive last week. Then software remind me some files was corrupted.
I scanned it with DiskGenius . It reported that from 8xxxxxxxx sector there are 32768 sectors cannot be read and from 9xxxxxxxx sector there are 32768 sectors cannot be read.
Then I checked SMART. 2 warnings are below.

ID name current worst threshold
05 Reallocated sectors count 178 178 140
C5 Current pending sector count 200 200 0

I saved some files in it about 3~4 years ago. And then it was kept in the cabinet all the time.
I queried some tech article. It might be some kind of logic error? And doing a low-level formatting may fix it. Corrupted files are not important. I just want to clear the warnings and put it into a raid.
I installed Data lifeguard and it always crashed after EULA shown. I installed WD Dashboard and the “Erase data” option is gray , not clickable.
How to Low-level format? Is there any good ideas for me?
