Is the Firmware Ver. 3.12.13 the latest one?
Is 3 years old… from: 7/23/2013

I’m having issues running files, MKV mostly,
What can I do?

this product was discontinued and the firmware you have was the last one released for it sadly
anyway you could convert your mkv to avi or mp4
