I recently purchased an 8TB WD MyBook WDBBGB***** model hard drive. My WDTV Media Players are not recognizing this hard drive. Is there a fix for the problem, or do I need to return this product and purchase an older version of the hard drive. Any advise would be appreciated.

I haven’t try using an external drive that big on a WDTV. Let’s see if any of the users can share some information about it. Also, you can try creating a case with support to see if they have any specific information about the supported size by the WDTV.
