wd2go no shares visible

Hi there, sorry if this is a simple one, but have tried everything…

Installed new mycloud and have no problem accessing from desktop dashboard. Have setup multiple users and shares which all seem to be working.

When I access via internet wd2go, I see the drive under my devices, but nothing happens when I click on “view shares”

Nothing I do seems to make any difference…help! what have I missed?

Make sure you have Java installed and that the Java security settings are on the medium level.

Thanks for the help.

Checked Java version and am running the latest, moved security from High to medium.

No difference. On the wd2go site, the “view shares” box still seems  greyed out and is unresponsive to clicks.

Any ideas what else I can check?

What browser are you using?

Have tried Internet explorer 11 and Google Chrome

Thanks again for your help - I got bored messing around, so did a complete reset and started again. Works now, but really don’t think I did anything differently.
