dose anyone know if the mini media player can play iso files?
I asked this question of WDC tech support and received this answer
Please find in the attached link supported file formats for the WD TV HD Media Player located on page 78 of the user manual.

WD is looking into this but we have no planned release date.
BTW the reference page 78 does not show ISO files as being supported. What I asked was if ISO DVD menus were supported or WDC had any plans to provide this support. Too bad! I have a lot of home videos with DVD menus and I would really like to put them to a HDD and show them using my WD HD TV media player
Ops sorry it does show ISO file support ! However there is no menu support
Your post sounds more like an Idea or a Feature Request. The best place for this is in our Ideas Lab. This way someone from WD will be sure to see it. However, I would search first and make sure that there isn’t another idea similar to yours that you could add your post to and vote on.

I can play .iso files and the menu’s work. (Mini TV) and latest firmware (Version 1.00.60 (3/22/10))

No it does not. If you are a paid Community Manager working for Western Digital. I would rather try to answer questions instead of posting blanket statements like that.
But I guess you have a different job with a different job description and some manager just decided you should do this in addition to your real work. Management…they do more harm than good.
