Wd Tv Live 1.06.15_V wont play files

Hi All,

I have our wd Tv Live setup via network cable to my main pc through our router.

It will play fine through a usb stick but not when connected via the ethernet cable.

I go to video > media servers > folders > movies and then select any movie and it says “unable to play the selected file”.

Most files are dvdrip or brrip or Xvid and have previously played but now will not.

Can someone please suggest how i can fix this?

Try accessing your media by Network Shares.  If still does not work try a reset, by holding its reset button for 4 seconds. You may also try a roll back.
