WD TV in bedroom to WD TV living room shares

Hi,

I would like to buy additional WD TV gen3 for my bedroom. Im wondering if it could connect easily (over wifi) to WD TV shares in my living room? To my living room WD TV a USB WD MyBook is attached and turned on 24h/7.

btw. Is there any better solution? I mean does anybody know some TV’s / or wifi dongles that read network shares or still dlna supported only? In this case you probalby always need two wdtv boxes i assume?
