Hi, I replaced the 2TB internal disk of my WD Elements Play with another 4 TB WD hard disk mod.WD40EFRX.
Unfortunately, the 4 TB HD is not recognized and the WD Elements Play restarts continuously whenever I try to turn it on.
Has anyone been able to figure out how it should be formatted or what disk should be used?
