WD Red Plus 4TB WD40EFPX Scratching Sound and Write failure

I just bought 3 WD Red Plus 4TB and got new version WD40EFPX instead of WD40EFZX. Although spec wise it’s looks better but real live performance is worse. I always got write error when I try to copy many . files at once (Error Writing File @xxxx. The request failed due to a fatal device hardware error. Code: 483). And when I try to check using chkdsk it always shown some file that was write on bad cluster. Also when the drive do writing, it produce scratching sound. It happen on all 3 disk that I bought.

A fatal error or unknown test error occurred while the device was executing its self-test routine and the device was unable to complete the self-test routine. Retest after checking the connections. Replace the drive if the error repeats.
