Hi , as title above, it’s quite confusing to see result from both of my analytic tools i used to check my HDD condition.

Below I attached picture from the test :
and I did use WD Diagnostic tool as well, and all seem fine.
Is this normal for WD External drive? because I saw same picture post from anadtech show similar SMART Properties.

I also tried to used my another drive, My Passport 2TB, all element in smart show up

Any explanation behind this? probably firmware glitches or something?

Your pictures were removed because they contained your serial number.
I recommend you edit the pictures and remove the serial number before posting them.
