WD MyBook Folder not possible to delete or insert data

Hi all,

I have an WD MyBook Duo NAS, and when I open the explorer, I will see al the Folders like Music or Photo, but im not able to insert nor delete anything.

Who are able to help me???

If you have connected the device to the internet we recommend you disconnect your My Book Live from the Internet to protect your data on the device.
