I have a MyBookLive–Twonky cloud drive backup (5.1.9) and there are over a thousand videos on it, many duplicates. When I go onto my computer and select MyBookLive-Twonky I can go in, view and watch videos but the delete button won’t delete them. Can anyone tell me what I have to do in order to delete them? I’ve done hundreds of jpg’s and deleted them fine but can’t seem to on the video’s.
You are accessing the Media Server, not the actual storage volume. Try mapping your unit so you can access your Shares and delete unwanted media files.
