Greetings to all, I have a 2 TB My Passport. P/n WDBY8L0020BBK–01 and S.N [[DELETED]]. Does this need to formatted ? Is there any changes for Windows 10 ? It is not mentioned in the literature.I have had it for a while. Thank you. Claudis.

I have the same product and I’m able to use it on my laptop with windows 10. Now, I haven’t use it with the backup software, just as plug and play.
