Hello, I purchased a wd my passport ultra drive in 2013 and I have saved backups there since. Now I experience the following problems:
- not able to open pdf files (error message no 14: error reading this document)
- video files are corrupted (playing, but picture and sound are distorted)
- some picture files (most actually) are corrupted this is the same type of thing happening to my videos by the way…
I can open Office documents fine (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), but, of course, the pics and vids are the most important. Hope someone can help!
