Hello,

Quick info about my problem hopefully you guys will be able to help me out :slight_smile:
I’ve been using my external hard drive for a year now without any problems on my macbook pro.
My rooommate used it on his computer to copy a file.
Then i put it back on my mac and it shows as unmouted. (see screenshot)

I would like to recover the files and make it work with my macbook again.

You can try to manually mount My Passport Ultra from Mac Disk Utility. In case of any error message, you need to run First Aid to check for the issue.
