It would appear that a problem introduced in 1.05.21 has not been solved in 1.05.30. Even with DLNA media server and iTunes disabled in the settings, the firmware keeps generating .wdmc directories all over the shares. Sure, I can run a cron job to remove them, but they shouldn’t be there at all, when I don’t want them.
Gone back to fw 1.04.05.
