This is not the first time WD firmware update for mac screw up my life.

There are many topics about WD fimware update for mac failure, none of them provide a solutions.
All of them has been closed (by WD)? Would you please

If the firmware update doesn’t work, please remove from your website.

I really want to my data back, at least I can use my drive again.
