Problem with MYBOOK STUDIO (upgrade failure)

hello ,

I have a problem on my MYBOOK STUDIO following a firmware update that went wrong .My hard drive does not light up and I try to find the latest firmware without using the firmware updater program . I will try to reflash my hard drive using flash memory but I need the latest firmware with the two files (config.txt And UF922.bin).

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
