Exact same issue as this post from a year ago, but I can not reply there (Topic too old?)
No solution was given.
Home tab is dominated by the backup page, and nothing I can do will let me access the drive settings. The Drive does not show up in the settings tab at all, despite that WD Smartware recognises it for the backup controlls
I just want to turn off the cursed 10 minuite sleep timer.

Was looking through the manual and noticed this.
Realised that if Smartware does not support drive settings if the drive suports WD Security and WD Srive Utilities, then the those programs must acomplish the thing I am trying to do.
So yea… who would have thought that.
