My MBL was working perfectly yesterday but today is stuck on the blue light and I can’t get it to connect to my network. I’ve read lots of advice suggesting that it’s stuck on HDD sleep mode and that I need to change some settings via the navigation panel but I can’t get to the navigation panel because I can’t connect to the drive!!!
Thanks for the suggestsions - I had already tried that without success. I have now taken the unit back to the retailer. It is unfortunately out of warranty but they think they can recover the data for me. With the cost of that plus the cost of a new drive I’m going to be £200 out of pocket. Not very impressed since the MBL was less than two years old…
