Wd media player gen 3 won't play certain mkv files

I just purchased the brand-new WD Media Player and it gets hung up playing certain mkv files.  I get the spin of death and have to hit home and then have to unplug it and reset it to play files that have previously played before.  Any solution?  I had a WD Media Hub and never had a problem with mkv files before.  I thought the brand-new WD Media Player wouldn’t have these problems!  Frustrating!

From where are you playing this file? From USB hard drive/memory connected directly to the WD TV or from a network location? Also since mkv is just a container, check page 220 for more specific information on what mkv files are supported.

Playing through a USB WD Book 2B and then unhooked that and tried from a 32gb USB Flash Drive, same thing, won’t play particular mkv files.  I’ll check out the 225 and let you know.  Thanks for replying!  I really appreciate it, brother.

Not sure what the problem is,  video is AVC, sound is DTS.  What do you think?  Here’s the MediaInfo:
