WD Live won't connect to my NAS wired

Hi 

My issue is that i cannot connect to my NAS with a wired connection … it just won’t find it.

however

if i connect via Wireless it finds it no problem at all … 

playback through wireless isnt great, always freezes.

any suggestions ?

While using the wired connection, are you able to see other devices on the network? like your PC?
